Meet our Doctors


Dr. Stephen J. Chapman

Dr. Chapman graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He performed his internships at Harrison Hospital in Mt. Clemens, Michigan: the Huntington VA hospital in Huntington, West Virginia; and with Dr. Carl Fisher in Flint, Michigan. His postgraduate work was conducted with Dr. Paul Klawitter in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Chapman received specialized training in diabetic wound care during a fellowship program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He is board certified and recognized as a Diplomate by the American Council of Certified Podiatric Physicians and Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. He served on the State of Tennessee Department of Health, Podiatric Board of Registry from 1996 to 2003. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served in the Special Forces. Stephen and his wife, Kathie, live in Cookeville with their children, Jamie, Jesse and Katiebeth.


Dr. C. Lynn Rosenbaum

Dr. Rosenbaum received her doctor of podiatric medicine degree from Scholl College in Chicago, Illinois, in 1995 and then completed a two-year podiatric surgical residency program at Roger Williams Hospital, an affiliate of Brown University, in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Rosenbaum received specialized training in biomechanics and gait analysis. She is recognized as a Diplomate, American Board of Podiatric Surgery, is certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association. She is married to Hoyt Dalton and they live in Cookeville with their daughter, Alaina Erin.
